Basics of Sports Nutrition

Prof. Dr. Éva Martos and Adrienn Konyári
In the case of a young elite athlete, one of the most important aspects is proper nutrition, which determines so much. Adrienn Konyári offers some help in this regard:
Interactive Acquisition of Sport Psychology Techniques
Interactive acquisition of sport psychology techniques for coaches and competitors:
Ágnes Szemes (autogenic training, relaxation, imagery, focusing, goal setting)
Sport psychology is still in its infancy in a domestic context, but it's indispensable in elite sports, making its early application especially important for youth competitors.
It can help athletes with the following issues:
If performance in competition falls short of what is shown in training, in maintaining motivation, in dealing with communication problems, in processing failure when there is a discrepancy between performance and results, and in recognizing and evaluating their own abilities.
Winning Trio - Athlete, Coach, Parent
For the Winning Trio, for parents and coaches:
Dr. Hajnalka Kalamár-Kabarcz Zoltán
Dr. Hajnalka Kalamár, a professional psychologist and sports consultant, and Zoltán Kabarcz, a mental coach, have been working in sports for many years. Hajnalka has been involved in coaching education for 15 years and is currently, among other things, a staff member at OSEI.
Clubs and associations often get in contact with them asking for help, as their interactive presentations provide excellent opportunities for joint thinking, assisting the work of coaches and parents, coordinating their impact on athletes, and resolving sensitive situations. They help coaches work effectively with parents and their interactive workshops offer practical, immediately applicable assistance, such as recognizing the personality types of athlete children, appropriate communication for different personality types, topics on success-seeking or failure-avoiding communication, and understanding conflict resolution possibilities.
Motivational Lectures
Motivational lectures from competitors, for competitors:
Ágnes Kovács and Éva Risztov, Olympic champions, share their experiences and provide useful tips and advice on maintaining motivation, overcoming challenges, and processing successes and failures.
Complex Training Competition Program
For Complex Swimming / Training Competition for competitors:
Gábor Gyürky
The Complex Swimming / Training Competition is a completely new and innovative approach to competition, a contest where teams complete certain events within a given time, collecting points or accumulating total meters swum for their results.
